Meet Anna Cooper, Springdale Country Member Services Director

The Springdale Country Club welcomed Anna Cooper to the team in the fall of 2021 as Member Services Director. After nearly six months in her new role, Anna has been instrumental in developing and executing a new communications platform, conducting member information audits, and organizing golf course details to ensure better service for members. Learn more about Anna below.

Originally from western Illinois, Anna brings extensive experience to the Club. Before joining the Springdale Country Club, she worked for Fortune 500 companies in corporate settings, planned events in amazing 5-star venues across the nation, and completed design work for several clients in both homes and businesses.

In addition to member relations, Anna also focuses on internal and external events for the Club. In collaboration with Chef Narinder, the service and experience of events and banquets will be elevated while providing another source of income for the club. She also plans to add even more unique events for members to enjoy that will continue to increase the amount of social membership enrollment.

“The last two years have been difficult for our community, and I believe people are craving a place they can be a part of and feel welcome,” she said. “I hope to continue to make Springdale Country Club a place where our community feels they can come and enjoy golf, great food, and friendship. There’s so much potential at the Club, and I am excited to be a part of the team that’s going to bring it to the next level of excellence.”

Outside of work, Anna enjoys training her dog and spending time in nature with her family to relax and recharge.
