Springdale Country Club Hires New Director of Golf

Springdale Country Club has hired Casey Wroot as its new Director of Golf. He begins working on February 21, 2022.

Casey brings several years of experience to the Club, most recently serving Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, AR, where he worked as the PGA Head Professional. He brings extensive expertise and dedication to the game of golf, working with golf clubs across the country.

Casey’s background includes successfully delivering golf fundamentals to better the players’ game, teaching individuals from elementary school through high school, as well as adult lessons. Casey will oversee overall daily management of Springdale Country Club golf operations, including the Pro Shop, private lessons, and Men's, Women's and Youth Programs.

“I am most looking forward to creating relationships with the members at Springdale Country Club,” he said. “This is one of my favorite parts of my profession – really getting to know my members and finding the best way to serve them.”

Casey is passionate about impacting the community and hopes to use his role at Springdale Country Club to help younger generations grow to love the game of golf. In the past, he has worked closely with organizations like the Boys and Girls Club and local elementary schools to introduce children to the game.

In the next six months, Casey will work to further establish the pro shop to meet needs and expectations to give members and guests the best golf experience possible.

When he’s not on the golf course, you can find Casey enjoying the great outdoors or watching a live sporting event. From hunting and fishing, to hiking and sailing, Casey is a true outdoorsman who looks forward to discovering all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
